MARC ROTENBERG is President of the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) and teaches Information Privacy Law at Georgetown University Law Center. He frequently testifies in Congress and the European Parliament on emerging privacy and civil liberties issues. An appellate attorney, he has also filed many "friend of the court" briefs in federal and state courts. He is a frequent guest on NPR, CNN, MSNBC, FoxNews, and C-Span. He also contributes to USA Today, The Economist, and the NY Times. A tournament chess player, Marc is a three-time Washington, DC chess champion.
